I went in to have a kidney stent removed and he was condescending towards me the entire time. My doctor was not available and the office manager fit me into his schedule. I will never see him again nor will I go back to this office after my kidney stent is removed.

Dr. Baselli is by far one of the best physicians our family has dealt with. He explains everything thoroughly and simply. He helped us understand what needed to be done and why. I would recommend him to anyone with urologic issues.

Took more time with us than usual

I would not recommend seeing this Doctor. He is not welcoming at all. During my operation he forgot to inject the local anesthsia and I ended up feeling him squeeze my testicles. Office staff is also not welcoming. Nurses were only good thing about this place.

wanted a shower after visit

Dr.Baselli did a great job he is very professional he explained my issue had a procedure done in a few days I was back to normal

Process dragged out. Entirely too much time between appointments. Doctor very knowledgable but always in a hurry. Makes you feel like there is always something more important than you, the patient. Even if running behind, should not tell the patient that. Seven weeks from onset of kidney stone attack to lithotripsy seems very excessive and resulted in unnecessary anxiety and stress with a stent inserted during the entire time.

My first visit he was very congenial and engaging. Very helpful with plenty of information. An enjoyable visit.
