Even a great doctor can't overcome negative experiences with office staff

I have been seeing Dr. Bassig for years. He shows he cares about you, and he will listen to any of your medical problems, treating them as if they were his.

Have been a patient for over 22 years! Best Dr ever!

Let me start by saying I love Dr Bassig. He is a wonderful, compassionate man and I have gone to him for years. Unfortunately, his office staff is is completely unorganized and incompetent. It takes several phone calls to request a simple prescription refill. They never pass along messages and quite often say they have no record of your previous calls. When they do actually take a message they get it wrong. If you go there, believe me you will be beyond frustrated.

I've been going to Dr. Bassig for about 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. His staff is very efficient and kind also.

I have been seeing Dr. Bassig for over 10 years. He's like part of the family, always compassionate and very knowledgeable. He keeps up with current literature and has helped me through several chronic medical problems. Love Dr. B!!

He is a good doctor..needs help with some of the office staff....

The best Dr. Hands down. When he retires I don't know what I will do.
