Dr. Edgar Selaudin Bekteshi

First time here and I walked out of this doctor’s office without being seen due to the professionalism. It took weeks of calls to finally get through to someone to make an appointment, then it was scheduled for two months later. I found out the day before that the appointment time that I was given was incorrect. I was told that I would receive a paperwork packet, but when they mailed it to my doctor's address instead of mine. Okay, mistakes happen. Upon arrival, I paid my copay, and I was handed a stack of paperwork to complete, which was particularly challenging as I suffer from severe arthritis. Which is why receiving the paperwork packet beforehand would have been helpful – more time and my husband could help. I was led to an exam room to fill out the paperwork and the door was left open. The front office staff were engaged in such loud arguments, it made it difficult to concentrate. Even worse, part of the yelling was over not wanting to call a patient and refusing to stay after… work to deal with them. I decided it was best to leave as I did not feel comfortable or safe with this office handling my medical care. Dr. Bekteshi walked in as I was preparing to leave, when told of my decision to leave and not come back, he seemed indifferent, unsurprised and unconcerned. For all I know, Dr. Bekteshi may be a good doctor, but his practice severely lacks professionalism and organization. The one positive was the Medical Assistant, Anthony. He was professional and kind.

Dr Bekteshi is great and his staff has been helpful and always returned my voicemails and followed up as they said they would. I was taken back to the room right away the assistant was helpful and friendly and doc always explained everything and good bedside manner would highly recommend

Doctor Bekteshi was my doctor while I was in the hospital twice. I liked how genuine he is. He took such good care of me. I liked his bedside manner as well as his real concern. He made sure that when I was discharged that everything was good. He really did an awesome job keeping me well when I had pneumonia and was suffering from sepsis as well.
