Dr. Edgar Arturo Martorell, MD

After 4 years we moved back to the area from Fort Myers, since we have a good experience with Dr. Martorell, we requested our primary doctor to refer us to him.

I like my new doctor and the staff. I enjoy how everyone has a smile. Nice and caring goes a long way.

Very rude and condescending! Talked over me and interrupted me several times. A big waste of time and money after waiting three months for an appointment. Left very angry and frustrated.

I have visited clinic the last 2 years hey is always exhausted absent-minded he has no feedback about any sort of results good or bad . he does not show that he cares for your condition you try to explain or ask or communicate he will shut you down he would not listen and the maximum time he spent during my visits is 2 to 3 minutes and then he turns his back and leaves... he is a cold-hearted person he may have been educated but that's how far it goes he does not act like a human

The staff was nice and sweet. There was a problem with my pharmacy and they went the extra mile to help me. Also the doctor is sweet and caring. The wait at times are very long but overall I am satisfied with my care.

Excellent Dr. He takes the time to listen and the most I liked is that he is open to alternative and complementary office. I recommend Dr. Martorell.

I waited 2 months for my appointment & when I went to the office it was full. I see why now. He is a good doctor. He is really helping me & treating my arthritis & not just giving me medication for pain like other doctors. The staff is also very sweet & nice. I now understand the long waits its like when we are going to a good restaurant, they are full and have long waits but it is worth it.

This guy has the nerve to call himself a professional doctor, what a joke. He's very unprofessional and anyone needing support documents get ready to pay through the nose. His office past my documents around the office giving erroneous information that caused my disability filing to be declined. I would never recommend this office to my worse enemy.

Treated my wife like an object and seems not to listen or care for her well being. Last thing was he prescribed her a medicine that was to risky for her UCTD condition. He might be very well educated college wise but him and his staff are not that friendly and I didn't felt that trust that is a must between Dr and patient.

The doctor would not let me talk for the whole appointment and he was 2 hour late. Also from what he was talking about is not what my other rheumatologist have ever said. He fouced on my fibromyalgia and said my lupus was not important. What lupus not important! I couldn’t even bring up my arthritis and how my hands give up on me. I ended up crying in the car. I now have an appointment with another rheumatologist.
