My husband and I have had the displeasure of being treated by Dr. McPherson multiple times over the past 8yrs at KMC and Everytime we leave feeling worse than we went in. He treats people like junkies. He almost always is too rough and often gives contradictory advise (nsads caused this; take Tylenol for pain) His bedside manner is terrible but because he says things with a smile he believes it makes up for him speaking down to someone.

My dad recently visited the ER at Kermersville Medical after multiple visits to the ER at Baptist . Dr. Mcphearson was on staff and after questioning my dad and listening intently about our journey to get help, he immediately ordered a CT scan. He worked quickly ! The CT showed a perforated bowel. My dad had emergency surgery that evening and is doing very well now. Dr. Mcphearson couldn't have had better bedside manners. It's obvious that he's there to do a job and he intends to do it well and efficiently. From the comments I've read I'm surprised that he is so misread. He does have a unique personality in that he's all business but very nice and I'm thankful for that. We were not there to be made to feel warm and fuzzy.... We were there because we needed answers and fast!! He jumped in with us and began to work at figuring out what could be wrong. I'm thankful you were there Dr. Mcphearson. You have an amazing staff as well.

This doctor totally trashed my dignity and respect. This doctor should never be allowed to practice medicine. This doctor is a monster!

I just returned home from taking my 12 year old to the ER. Dr. Mcpherson was our doctor. I found him to be pleasant, very knowledgeable, pleasant and he had EXCELLENT bedside manner. I honestly had to write this review because my husband had 'checked him out' while we were there and told me he read bad reviews. I think these people are crazy or just had a bad experience. He was by far one of the most pleasant doctors we have ever seen. My son is extremely nervous and he calmed him down right away and made him feel comfortable. He joked around with him and made him laugh. You can tell he must be a Dad or just great with kids. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. And kudos to Kernersville Medical Center - the very best ER experience I have ever had. We were there and home within an hour.

This is the worst doctor ever has no bedside manners whatsoever doesn't need to be a doctor at all.
