Dr. Prasthofer seemed very knowledgeable. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining my blood disorders to me, and what if anything, needed to be done for them. Reviewed my total history, plus my family's to come to a full understanding of my risks. Informed me on what to do, and things to avoid, or when I would need medication at all. Made me feel at ease, and listened well also. I felt I could trust his judgement.

Considering a tough diagnosis, he was very nice. Great bedside manner. Informative and made me feel like he would be there to guide mee through treatments.
