He gets very defensive, disrespectful and incompetent. Do not go to this Doctor !

First calling is a nightmare they put you on hold on the same call 3 o 4 times, my husband made an appointment because he was positive of COVID and we had to call because they never call him for his appointment and when they did they didn’t have an idea what was it for. They are not organized at all. And to get them to answer a call is a miracle

I was referred to Dr Castillo by Dr Bravo's Office Staff. He was the best Dr I could ever hoped for. Took time, answered my questions, made reccomendations. I am so very satisfied with Dr Castillo and his Office Staff
