Doctor Benitez is very professional, very caring Glad he is my doctor I have a lot of confidence in him

He is kind, good listener and very helpful. My only issue is with the office protocol. I want to schedule a CT scan to check on the size of my ascending aortic aneurysm, but, the office requires that I schedule another appt which I have to shell out $45 copay to just get the size of the aneurysm. This takes less than a minute to get this number. All I want to do is call in and get the size, but, I guess First Coast wants to make more money. This is not Dr. Benetiz fault, but, the fault of First Coast Cardiology. I am checking with my primary physician at St. Vincents to see if I can get a referral for a CT scan then check back with my Primary Physician at no cost. First Coast administration does not focus on what works best for the patient only for the pocketbook under the guise of "protocol"

Dr.Benitez, in today's busy world especially with patients yet Dr. Benitez took the time to explain my condition and the options for treatment, I highly recommend.

Dr Benitez is a kind, thorough, compassionate physician. He really listens and engages with his patients. The drawback with his office is it took 2 weeks to see him, in the height of not feeling well, and another 3 weeks to wait for tests to be done.

Very professional! A long wait, but he is a busy doctor and worth the wait.

Good manners, kind, good listener, pleasant, knowledgeable,. Takes time to explain the findings, management, diagnosis, follow up, and has always been punctual. He has a good staff and I see excellent comradery. I wish him a good future in his field of electrophysiology.
