Dr. Edith Sarah Lovegren, MD

Dr. Lovegren Disingenuous Not Thorough 030224 I had issues with her practice, specifically with David Bolshoun, Edith Lovegren. Bolshoun was strongly antagonistic about my requests for regular lab work, use of supplements, and my holistic method of effectively treating my chronic illness. She supported him. She had me falsely alarmed about potentially fatal low iron, though all other lab results were nearly perfect. She rushed me off to a hematologist for further testing. He was unimpressed stating that many things can throw off tests. My iron was normal. She associated my iron levels with supplements. She never ordered a re-test, though my iron had been normal for years. When I met with her and provided a testimony of my 36 year medical journey, she was tearful. Months later, after making an annual physical appointment, I received a certified letter dismissing me from the practice without a reason. She, Edith Lovegren and David Bolshoun signed the letter. 1 Star with certainty

I am not a good patient, as I haven't been taking good care of myself and was in between primary care doctors. Dr. Lovegren was a breath of fresh air and listened to my many issues and was patient to my demands. I will recommend her to my friends and anyone that might ask me who my physician is. I feel like I finally found someone who cares.

I feel grateful to have Dr. Lovegren as a doctor and have recommended her to friends and family. Her diagnoses are always accurate and referrals to specialists excellent. She always spends as much time as needed and has a great sense of humor which makes for a relaxed visit. Highly recommended!

Lovegren seemed to be confused lack of focus....also, I think she has some dysfunction she needs to deal with... office is still in the tech stone age and the staff one has rotting teeth and the front desk gal looks like she is about ton go gardening instead of working
