Very cold and distant. Poor bedside manner. Confirmed with a specialist that some of her medical information was false

She went above and beyond for me

I found out that Dr Liu is a Hospitalist/ Nocturnist who only works in the evenings. She and the entire hospitalist team have a team approach in taking care me during my hospital stay from admission to discharge. Her physician partners were for the most part the physicians who will handled my daily needs and my discharge and referring me. I was sad to find out Dr Liu and her partners do not have any office practice and I could not follow up with them as an outpatient.

Dr. Liu saw my father while he was inpatient. She was kind and willing to help but she was not able to give him any direction for further treatment/referral after he was dismissed.

I came in to the hospital and ER doctor told me I had an irregular heart beat and was admitted for that. Dr Liu saw me that morning and interviewed me and examined me throroughly. She found that I had a mass on my thyroid and had he ultrasound done that very morning. After a few days the mass was biopsied and and I am now receiving treatment for thyroid cancer. If she did not take the time to listen to my problems and examine me my problem might not have been fixed.

Dr .Liu and her team in the ICU at Mckennan are very good at what they do.My father was very sick when he got there and she made sure to explain to us all that was going on and she answered all our questions. They treated my father with respect and dignity.
