Terrible service and medical provider. So disappointed in the way this man carries himself. Belittling and disrespectful demeanor, absolutely intolerable. A ZERO STAR IS NECESSARY!!!!

Dr.Ritter performed plastic surgery on my left bicep to revise an old scar and it was beyond spectacular.I hold him in high regards and I feel in my opinion that he is really committed to giving his patients the best care possible.However his office mang.Ms Felicia Cook should not even be allowed to manage a Burger King. She is unreliable, dishonest and just demonstrates a lack of concern for Dr.Ritters patients what a shame ,Great Doctor Shitty Office mang.

Made my appointment 6 week wait. Arrived 10 minutes early as it was snowing. After 45 minutes in the waiting room I was brought to a exam room waited 1 hr before I got up and left. A hour and 45 minutes is unprofessional and inconsiderate

I had Dr Ritter perform rhinoplasty on me to correct an injury and I'm ten times worse than I was before. I regret every day that I ever had this procedure done and have to have a revision surgery to fix what he did..

My first impression was very calming as he made me aware of each step and asked me what I expect from the surgery and answer all my questions.

I had very poor care from this doctor who kept wanting to do advance breast reconstruction on me after my double mastectomies. He placed tissue expanders in during my mastectomies . I ended up with 3 surgeries within 3 weeks - the original then 2 for infections. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL.

I have been in the medical field over 40 years and I thought I had encountered just about everything, until now. This "Doctor" should be doing autopsies. He has no business coming in contact with any patient. Actually he doesn't come in contact with patients, he simply comes in snipes at you, gives you the impression you are inconveniencing him. points at you, then tells his staff what do, and abruptly leaves. Stay away, especially if you have any body image issues. That's right that is why you going to this "Doctor"..... My rating -10.

I'm giving this "doctor" a one star because there is not a no star. He is rude, condescending, lacks any simalance of a personality. Looked us square in the face and lied. This 'doctor' makes Dr Frankenstein look like a friendly, talented, young surgeon. Our appointment with him, such as it was (all the 3 minutes of him pointing ) was a night mare. Stay far away.

Rude, uncaring and has no interest in patient. Did not speak or greet me as a patient. Spoke to his nurse and referred to me as a patient, as if I was not in the room. No exam, just pointed. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I went for help with a medical issue not because I needed a face lift, won't make that mistake again. There is no help to be found here.

My results after breast cancer/ free flap were amazing. I am so thankful for his team and dr ritter
