Dr. Edmund Ayoub, MD

I have been to eight different doctors in the past four years trying to figure out why I’ve felt so sick and not one of them could figure out what’s wrong with me. I came to Dr. Ayoub who was highly recommended to me by a friend and on the very first visit he ordered a bunch of labs, on the second visit FINALLY after 4 years of being told they couldn’t find anything wrong, Dr Ayoub my NEW Dr found it on the first visit! Dr. Ayoub is a brilliant Dr. He is straight forward and I like that. He’s really funny which makes the appointments very enjoyable. I don’t feel the need to go in and try to play Dr because I know he will figure out whatever is wrong with me or send me to the right specialist.

I wish I had read the many horrible reviews on many sites about this doctor and his staff before wasting my time. Arrogant – yes. Condescending – you bet. Ignorant – check. He was one of the only doctors in Palm Springs accepting new patients and now I know why – once you talk with this guy for a couple of minutes, it becomes obvious something isn’t right with him. Having no bedside manner is just the start. When I first called, his assistant Susette was as nice as could be and I thought I had finally found a new primary care doctor. I was overjoyed. But by the next week she was cold, angry and short with me. I spoke with the doctor once by phone to explain my situation and in that conversation, he yelled at me, wouldn’t talk with me about my condition, and spouted ignorant, outdated comments about Covid protocols. Save yourself and avoid this doctor and his office. Not worth the pain, suffering, and time lost that he causes.

I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Ayoub. Dr. Ayoub is the best doctor ever. I always hear about doctor stories & everyone one wants a doctor who really cares & shows concern & Dr. Ayoub’s Family Medicine displays all of the above 10 times over. Thank you

In my opinion Dr. Ayoub has trust issues and control issues and he has no interest in whether or not a patient can afford the treatment he 'recommends'.

As an RN I find it unbelievable that anyone could have a positive experience with this narcissistic control king. He was presumptuous, rude, refused to believe my words and outright said that I wasn't being honest with him. It was all about him and his ideas of my treatment without even knowing my complete medical background. It was an absolutely horrifying experience that has made me fear seeking another doctor in this town because of the way that he ridiculed me. The office is in a renovated old building that smelled of cleaning products and chemicals and the temperature was about ten degrees or more cooler than was comfortable by anyone but the staff and therefore their bad reviews as well. His ostentatious jewelry and clothing was way too expensive for my comfort level. He still charged my insurance almost $500 after I had walked out of his office loudly saying I disagreed with him and I would not return after maybe 15 minutes of our visit. The amount charged for the time and… service rendered was appalling and very questionable.

I realize now, the reviews I read that sent me there, were probably written by, Dr. Associations....Rude, treatment, its all about him, He's a dime a dozen....

I chose Dr. Ayoub to be my primary care physician because he is very knowledgable and thorough. His staff is great and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Ayoub.
