Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. Front desk is very uninviting and intimidating. Go for Dr. Jones and try to ignore front desk manners in person and telephone.

Dr. Jones is awesome...very caring and doesn't rush you in and out. The best doctor ever.....

The nurse and doctor are great. Dr. Jones is very caring, patient and thorough IF you ever get to see her. The staff is consistently rude, jumps all over you for your copay or any money that might be owed, even if you already paid them, and won't let you in the door until you've coughed up the money. No insurance or COBRA runs out? You'll be waiting at Grady because they don't want to hear it. Maybe they should make the staff take the Hippocractic oath, too.

None of my phone calls were ever returned. I had to wait 2.5 hours once to be told test results were inconclusive and I'd need to go back to LabCorp which could've been accomplished with a quick phone call. I called a month ago and still have not heard back and now have moved on to a new doctor since no one cared or showed any concern for me.
