Dr. Eduardo S. Granato, MD

I've only been to Dr. Granato twice and was not impressed. He came across a very full of himself as he made some uncomfortable remarks regarding my cardiologist and questioned the medication she put me on and wanted to change it yet never followed up. When I went back a few months later for a different reason he didn't even have it noted and didn't remember that discussion. I overlooked that as he has lots of patients but should have made note in my file to follow up. Besides the doctor the women in this office are the nastiest bunch I've ever run into. I have run a dental office for 11 years and would never talk to patients the way they do not allow my staff to do so. From the very first phone call to the office I didnt have a good experience but still didnt take it out on the doctor and went anyway. Well this last time I called as I was in excruciating pain with total numbness down my leg and left side (trying to avoid the ER during the Covid Pandemic) the woman was so… nasty, before I could finish my question she just put me on hold without saying a word and and came back and said "we are veeeeeeeeeery busy and MY BACK HURTS TOO ya know" What????? Is that what you say to a patient in pain. It was not the first run in with her. I asked her name (to be sure it was the same woman) and told her she was nasty and rude and to put someone else the phone. The next was no better and even when I got to the office. No bedside manner including his nurse!! I'm looking for someone else now as I do NOT want to go back to that office!!!!

My husband and I, as well as my parents, are Dr. Granato’s patients. I value his knowledge, insight, and humanity.

he is such a caring and nice doctor. His accuracy in diagnosing is very accurate and his sense of humor and kidness is very unique. Overall he is the best doctor to look foward to for a visit.
