Dr. Eduardo Amenceau Humes, MD

Because of some really bad experiences in the past, I put off getting some work done until I couldn't any more. (wisdom teeth) Dr. Humes and his staff were so warm and friendly that I felt at ease immediately. The surgery was quick and painless and I recovered so much faster than I thought I would. I would give more stars if it were an option. I highly recommend this team!

Do not make an appointment with Dr. Humes if you have taken Prolia injections or Fosomax bone density meds. Upon recommendations from both my dentist and endodontist, I made an appointment for dental surgery. I sent all my medical history to his office weeks before my appointment. When I arrived, xrays were taken and I was put in the reclined chair. At that point, the Doctor reviewed my medical history and said I am not a candidate for this surgery. He further explained complications of necrosis and worse. I got up and left. I received a $227 bill the next day. I have no doubt that Dr Hummes is knowledgeable. But office procedures are out of order. I never could get a fee for recommended surgery. I will heed his warning, but have found another doctor who has a professional plan in place.

I think he is one of the best Oral and Maxofacial surgeons out there. He knows how to do the job and do it well. I know from personal expirence that when he helps you, there is minimal pain. I highly recommend Dr. Humes!!
