Dr. Eduardo Montes, MD

I recommend Dr Montes to my 86 yr old mother. So, she went but her treatment by him was atrocious, ...she went about a half hour early according to their appointment schedule, so she had to wait. They finally took her back to the room where she then waited over an hour. When Dr. Montes came in she mentioned that she had been waiting over an hour, ...to which he replied "if you don't like it why don't you get up and leave! You don't have to stay here"! Well my poor mother had already paid her $50 deductible so she had no recourse but to put up with his deplorable treatment. So do not go to THIS man unless your desperate.

My entire experience from the 1st phone call up to and until I walked out the door was beyond positive. My 10 year old granddaughter from Las Vegas was here visiting for the summer. She had a very painful ingrown toenail. I called for an appointment, the staff got her in right away. The procedure was done and over in less than 45 minutes. Dr Montez took the time to explain the procedure and what he needed to do, he made sure she understood everything before he started. He was more than professional, he very nice and he joked around with her and she felt comfortable durning the the procedure. The staff was very friendly and even billed the out of state insurance for her visit.

Dr. Montes is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. He immediately took action to find the origin/cause of my foot pain. He makes you feel he will find a solution. I never give 5 stars unless the problem is solved immediately. Which is understandably rare. His staff is caring and very helpful and professional too. Overall, an uplifting visit.
