Dr. Eduardo Daniel Zamora, MD

I received top-notch care from Dr. Zamora and his office and nursing staff. Everyone is most helpful and shows a great deal of kindness, care, and compassion. Dr. Zamora was able to diagnose the root cause of my nerve issues, when other doctors could not. He took his time explaining and answering all my questions. I am very pleased with the level of care and service they have been providing me with, and I feel like I’m in good, capable hands.

From the moment he walked into the room he treated me like I was scum beneath his shoe. I have neuropathy, he knew that yet he grabbed my foot hard! I jerked my foot back because it hurt. He "said put your foot back there!" I said "that hurt" he rolled his eyes and tried to grab it again. I yelled at him and ended up leaving abruptly. I since found out from another neurologist nurse that dr. Zamora treats men just fine but every woman she's come in contact with says the same thing I did. He could less about a woman's pain.

Had a 8:15 appointment, arrived at 8:05, the door was locked, i tried several times. Then i noticed the times they opened was 9am? so i left and came back thinking i got the time wrong. well this time the door was unlocked and the receptionist told me my time was at 8:15. After explaining to him i was there at 8 he said the door was open cause he was there since 7:30. So I was more or less called a liar without saying it. Then i referred to him the time on the door. and all he could say was those were the old times. DAH your a business with wrong hours! I refuse to go back and will drive an hour to avoid going back.

I got lost going to Dr. Zamora's office last month, but 5 minutes before the appt., I called the office and told them I could not be there at the appointed time, expecting to have my appt. cancelled and rescheduled. The receptionist was so courteous and told me she would switch my appt with the person who was after me and not to worry or rush driving. When I got to the office 15 minutes later, I apologized and told her I was new to West Virginia. She repeated that it was okay and no harm was done. I don't understand why some of these remarks are very unkind toward the office staff! It must have been a whole new set of workers there. As far as Dr. Zamora, the test was painful, but not to the extent of excruciating! He is not bubbly, but very professional, and I would rather have a serious Dr. like Dr. Zamora who got to business, rather than chit chat!.

Dr Zamora was EXTREMELY rude and VERY arrogant! I arrived at my appointment 45 minutes early and waited for 30 minutes to have his crony come out and tell me that Dr. Zamora told me to come back tomorrow because his patient was taking longer than expected and he wasn't going to work past 5 p.m. I went ahead and arrive the next day early and when he came into the room the first thing he did was spew his credentials. He asked me 4 times why I was there. What a complete idiot! He was so rude and would not listen to anything I said. Obviously in his culture there is no respect for women and he has brought that over to the United States. He has zero respect for women and even told my friend that was with me to get out or he was going to call the police. He needs to go back to his own country and quit wasting patients time. All these 4v star reviews are false reviews. Don't waste your time or money.

Dr Zamora is very thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him! It’s sometimes hard to get an appointment, but he’s worth the wait!

Since I am a physician, I have very high standards when choosing other physicians to help me. Starting at the counter to register to Dr. Zamora’s assistant Josh, the staff is caring, courteous and professional. Also the office itself is both comfortable and immaculate. I have read some reviews about Dr. Zamora that stated his bedside manner was not very good. I would beg to differ. He was kind, compassionate and extremely well educated. I have only found three doctors of different specialties in this tri-state area and without question, Dr. Zamora is one of them. I was there for a nerve conduction study, which is unpleasant at times. I have had three in the last three years. One at a specialist in Maryland, one at UPMC and Dr. Zamora’s in Martinsburg. His was by far the most thorough and comprehensive I have received. It was also done with the most compassion for my pain. I recommend Dr. Zamora and his staff as simply the best in the region. Excellent doctor, he takes time and cares about patients. Very professional. We are very lucky to have a doctor with his qualifications in the area
