Implant failed after 3 months. Wouldn't reimburse me for surgeries even though they were the reasons the implant failed. Perforated my sinus membrane first surgery and didn't tell me until the next visit. Would have been nice to know why I bleed so much heavier and threw up blood for 2 days. So after a year of surgeries and healing, I am stuck with no tooth and sinus problems I never had before. I work in the medical field and I know things happen and would have been happy to move on if he would have given me a reasonable refund. Stand behind your work and take responsibilities for your failures.

Staff was courteous and Doctor was pleasant, and competent.

Dr. Alessandrini extracted my 17yo son's wisdom teeth. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Everyone was kind and courteous. The office staff clearly explained what the cost would be and what our insurance covered. Dr. Alessandrini took time to explain the procedure and possible risks to us, as well as answer our questions. The surgery went very well and my son experienced no discomfort during the procedure. Following the surgery, Dr. Alessandrini gave us detailed instructions to follow and even called us at home to check on my son. I highly recommend Dr. Alessandrini.

please stay away from this dentist, he ruined my life, I have nerve damage for almost 2 years after wisdom tooth extraction, you can't image how hard is my life, the pain Dr Alessandrini caused me is undescribable. My lip, chin and gum is numb, I have been in different specialist doing many painful test and they are very sorry for what this guy did to me

I cannot recommend Dr. Alessandrini highly enough. I went to him with a serious emergency, He saw me immediately, performed surgery, relieved my pain and fixed the problem. He and his staff are very friendly and caring. The follow-up was thorough.

From calling to schedule an appointment to my follow-up, Dr. Alessandrini and the staff at Atlantic OMFS was awesome. Everyone was very caring and compassionate as well as helpful in answering my many questions about the surgery. Being terrified of needles and the procedure, they took the time to talk with me about it to help calm my nerves. I would definitely go back to them if I needed to in the future and would highly recommend them.
