Spent the last 4 months trying to get a billing issue resolved and all they say (when they actually answer the phone) is "I'll take care of it". My experience has been consistently bad. the secretary Jamie is very inconsiderate and her performance is poor she hardly ever answers the phone and when she does you can't trust her to transfer you anywhere unless it's to her boss, Sandra. Carmen in the billing dept., can't be trusted to complete anything Not sure why they even have her employed . I'm not the one to criticize a doctor but this Dr. Edward Bacho is giving tests not covered by insurance and then the patient is having to go back and tell them that the insurance company doesn't understand why the test was even required. I believe this doctor doesn't really care about the health of his patients as long as they don't die because of his irresponsibility. This is not a personal slam on the guy. The whole office just doesn't care and he fits in perfectly or is more likely the… instigator.

I "Do Not" recommend anyone to go to this clinic. They are "unprofessional" and rude. I went to go see the doctor not Dr. Bacho, it was a female doctor. I took a urine test for an infection I had. I ask the Doctor when will the test come back and she said Friday but I won't be in but you can call and they will give you the results. I call Friday morning at 8:15 a.m. the girl told me that a nurse will call you back at the end of the day. I waited.... no call. I called at 4:30 p.m they transfer me to a rude lady, she said I can't give you your results because the doctor has to sign it off. So, I had to wait until Monday. I call Monday morning at 8:00 a.m., the girl tells me I can't help you right now, I have 3 patient to check in. I'll call you back in 30mins! No calls, I called back again at 10:30 a.m. I ask to speak with their manager, they had me on hold for 10 minutes and I just hung up. Next day I had an appointment, they had me waiting for an hour. When I finally seen the Doctor,… she tells me that they lost my urine test and that she is sorry and she will talk to management. I did another urine test and I ask her how long would the test get back and she said "Tomorrow" I request over night. Well, Wednesday no one nor the Doctor call me. So, I call Thursday at 8:30 a.m. and guess what they said my test will not be in until Friday. People if you are looking for a doctor or a clinic, please do not go to this place. They give you the merry-go-around and they are not honest!
