I had a bicycle accident, taken to emergency room Dr. Bell was on call. He did surgery the following day, placed plate and screws in my arm. Began physical a couple of weeks later. Therapist noticed a knot on my incesion and sent me back to Dr. Bell. He performed second surgery and removed the hardware, sewed me up and sent me home - come back in two weeks and have staples removed. After I requested a second opinion his staff relayed that he did a referral - I never heard. At no time would Dr.Bell speak with me. I found a shoulder specialist on my own. I cannot, with a clear conscious recommened Dr. Bell to anyone.

We found Dr. Bell to be very knowledgable, patient, and practical in treating our 8-year-old son. Very happy our pediatrician recommended Dr. Bell to us.

I was scheduled for surgery and followed the instructions completely and even extra, assisting staff with paperwork and other necessary contacts with other doctors to be kind (doing their job for them)! Three hours before surgery I received a phone call that Dr. Bell was ahead of "schedule", could I arrive early. After being without food, etc. since midnight I thought it was, initially, a good idea. Staff had told me I could have 6 ounces of black coffee earlier in the morning, which I meticulously measured out. Then the "EXCUSES" started POURING out. Well it was no problem, well just come on in any way...CALL AFTER CALL FROM THEM, no we'll get you prepped, but we still may have to wait for an hour.(I was fine with that-BUT....)The whole thing finally culminated in Dr. Bell saying, "I'm getting done early and I don't want to wait, it's too much space of time, I don't want to do it because I'm getting done early, so call it OFF!" (I was scheduled, THEY tried to move it up earlier! I was… being tossed about by staff people and the "doctor"!!! and HE did NOT want to "WAIT" for what HE scheduled this patient for?!!! What an early golf game get in the way?!!!) After being YANKED around, tired and extremely FRUSTRATED at the staff, the medical center and Dr. Bell's B.S.that was more than the LAST STRAW!!!!!!!!!!!Things happen for a reason, I'm sure of it...one thing I'm TOTALLY SURE OF, is if you VALUE YOUR HEALTH...stay away from Dr. Edward Bell!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been 5 months trying to get this issue dealt with!!! Way to LONG to dangle a patient who is in pain!!! The whole thing is so INCREDIBLY RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, FRUSTRATING, etc. etc. THIS IS VERY CLEARLY PATIENT ABUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
