Dr. Edward W Braun, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Braun, since I moved here to Florida. I live in Pinellas county but it's worth the drive to Tampa. Dr. Braun and his staff take the time needed for you because they care. The wait times are long, because they don't rush you in an out. From the front office, the friendliest I have ever dealt with. To Dr Braun and his pa's, I couldn't be happier. I came to the dr with preexisiting conditions and chronic pain. I can't thank the dr and the staff enough

This doctor is unprofessional as he will touch you in areas that does not relate to my problem. He will get caught one day

Excellent Doctor and staff. Will spend the needed amount of time with you which can make him run late at times. However, the trade-off is worth the wait if you need any extra time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Braun's for nearly 20 years, and over the years have referred numerous friends to him. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive with Dr. Braun. He is attentive, pro-active, caring and compassionate. Yes, waiting times are sometimes longer than you may like, but when you are with him you have his attention, and he will spend as much time with you as you need. He is well attuned to age-appropriate diagnostic testing, as well as potential secondary conditions related to a given primary diagnosis, and monitors for them, as well. He has, on more than one occasion, gone out of his way to accommodate me when I've needed him. Dr. Braun is a no-nonsense professional and is not given to prescribing unnecessary medications just to please a drug-seeking patient, so if you're looking for someone to support your Xanax or Percocet habit, you'll need to look somewhere else. Also, in reading some other reviews, a couple of people need to be set straight. Dr. Braun was… not demoted to practicing out of a trailer. His office was temporarily relocated to a trailer (actually a fully functional portable medical office unit) for a few months while the hospital with which he is affiliated was expanding and the new Medical Arts Office Building where his suite is now located had not yet been completed.

Hands down the worst run office and worst staff I've ever experienced

I loved his staff as well very attentive. He was thorough and took the time to confirm information. If you want compassion not his strength but I do respect his opinion. Miss him and staff dearly.

A really nice Doctor, knows what he is doing, will answer all the questions you have and treats you very well

Started as a patient of Dr Braun in 2008 after experiencing life threatening side effects from drug interactions that my previous doctors couldn't resolve. He saved my life, but more importantly gave me hope for a better quality of life. His knowledge of medicine is worth the longer wait time, and inconsistent front of house reciprocity. Expect a call back a week from most blood work and an ability to schedule an appt that week. They do a good job dealing with mail order pharmacies, and FMLA paperwork with employers.

I have been seeing Dr Braun, for almost 5 years. He is very professional and caring. He always answers all my questions and concerns, in a way that I can understand.He as well as his staff, go above and beyond, to make me feel comfortable. And luis, his nurse, is really an asset. thank you.

I consider Dr Braun a good doctor. The problem is his staff, they are rude , never follow up, and they are very unprofessional. His nurse is just horrible, his billing person, very rude as well as his front desk person.
