Dr. Edward Christopher Bush, MD

This is the WORST Dr. Office I have ever been to!! The staff is very rude and condescending. The staff is always wanting to argue with patients instead of figuring out a solution to the problem. After multiple attempts to get a prescription correct, without any success, Its time to move on. I'm not really sure I want to trust my health to a place that can't get the small stuff right.

Dr Bush is great but his staff is terrible and is making my family reconsider our continued relationship with this office. One staff member is unbelievably rude, abrupt, lies and hangs up on callers. The receptionist is clueless - trying to reschedule an appointment requires at least a 5 minute explanation regarding your intent to reschedule an appointment, despite indicating that at the start of the call.

Dr. Bush, himself is a good Dr. but his front office staff leave much to be desired. The new office manager is on a huge ego trip. My father has been going there for years. She would not even take his paperwork to be filled out and required an appointment when my father saw him only a couple months ago. She basically said "I'm the new sheriff in town and these are the new rules". She was totally condescending to me, knew I was unhappy that I had to pay $30 for paperwork to be filled out then sarcastically tells me " to have a nice day" with her smug smile. I am changing PCPs. As if we don't have enough to deal with, we don't we have to put up with her nose to the air like she owns the place.

Does not really listen to what you say more interested in filling out questioneers for insurance company does not take women seriously
