Very competent. Identified the problem and took care of it. My office visit was so good my wife made an appointment to stop her nose bleeds. He ended that problem in one visit.

Dr. Caldwell is a kind, patient doctor who spends adequate time with each patient even though it is an incredibly busy practice. The staff at CCENT are awesome too. While you might have to wait a short time for an appointment, it is totally worth it. Its a busy practice because they are good at what they do and in demand.

I would also suggest trying to find another ENT office, even if it means going off-Cape. Only one staff member that I dealt with was pleasant and the doctor was very rushed and didn't answer all of my questions. I spent 5 minutes with him at most. The billing office is also unfriendly.

I suggest, (if possible) to find any other ENT- it will be worth travel! Long wait for appointment, unpleasant (to rude) staff.Doc takesforeverto return a call and/or follow-up! Unless it's a simple BBPV, AND unlessthey can see you in a reasonable time (week?) you MUST go eleswhere.

My long-term laryngitis was diagnosed as related to a thyroid condition by Dr. Caldwell. Another specialist in this field told me 2 months prior that nothing was wrong. Dr. Caldwell's diagnosis and treatment helped me to get my voice back. Thank you!
