Dr. Edward Vte Chan, MD

Stay away from this office if you can. Doctor previliging only Chinese (his people). It was my turn and they took chineese patient infront of me. After that doctor disappered. They will charge the insurance but you will see the midwife most of the time. They are making money out of nothing. If you are not chineese you will be treated differently. I didn't understand a word receptionist was saying. They don't speak English. Nurses do not speak English at all!!!!!! You have to guess what they are saying. Their manager is so close minded and doesn't know what she is talking about. I noticed that the doctor afraides of responsibilities and sends his patients to the hospitals fir check ups he has to do!!!!!!!

I am a high-risk patient of Dr. Chan; he saved my baby and my life. I want to thank him for being there for us. The other people that wrote bad comments about Dr. Chan are not even a patient of his. And again, Dr. Chan, Thank you for saving us.

Slow, insensitive. Worst doc!

I have seen Dr Chan in both Mott street offices. Have been treated by him and his staff since 2003. He is great. Goes above and beyond for his patients and he does remember who you are when you see him. The bigger office helps me be able to go there on lunch or right after work. He has given me shots and even sent me for xrays when i thought i broke my hand. I think that says it all

My friend who had him to deliver her baby. He came after his work hours and then told my friend she needed a cesarean section. My friend had been waiting for him at least 18 hours and he did not do anything. What a butcher. He just wanted to go home. Finally, my friend had no choice but let him do the cesarean section. She now changed a new Ob/ Gyn in the same area and is happy.This butcher, no good.

Very caring doctor with excellent clinical skills.

The best doctor I ever seen. He provided all the care and follow ups that I needed. I will definitely see this doctor again!

From my experiences, Edward v. Chan is a great doctor very respectful, responsible and caring. Also, accept variety of Insurances. One word: Excellent! Not only, great staffs and nurses; they have very nice manner, very helpful and caring toward patients.Most important, the expected wait time to see the doctor is 5-10 mins, sometimes in busy office hours is 15 mins waiting time max. So far, i never/ eperience waited more than 15 mins or 30 mins.

The doctor was caring with great medical clinical expertise. I will definitely refer my friends and relatives to this doctor. The office is clean and spacious.
