Dr. Chang is wonderful & very knowledgeable! However, he just talks too fast & I miss some of what he says.

He was the MD on call when I received concerning test results. Because of increased symptoms that included shortness of breath, and the test results, I decided to call to find out if I needed to get immediate medical attention. He was rude, and told me that I should have never called. He just kept repeating that he was on call and was wasn't going to answer questions that could wait until Monday. I was shocked at how poorly I was treated.

We were unable to understand his MA during to strong accent. She called with test results and I had no idea what she was saying. Really need person without accent to communicate with.
