Dr. Dainesi and his assistant Deena have been a gift to our family. We have been patients of Dr. Dainesi for several years and highly recommend him to anyone. Dr. Dainesi and Deena go above and beyond to help and are very kind and caring.

Very poor bedside manners and gets defensive when you question his reasoning for a diagnosis

Dr Daninesi is medical director of Consulate health care in Canonsburg. Consulate is operating on a provisional license which is issued for substandard care and uncorrected and continued violations. Read some reviews by Employees of Consulate and do not allow someone you love to be admitted to a substandard facility

Don't go here! I decided to go here for a routine physical. Their staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude, clueless, and love to waste your time. Dr. Dainesi seemed like an okay guy. I just cant get past his horrible staff and this is who you deal with most. Making an appointment is nearly impossible. They won't call you back to let you know your blood work results. You have to call them several times and leave multiple messages to get someone to call you back. This is completely unacceptable. They messed up the coding for my physical and I ended up getting a bill for several hundred dollars! That took several messages to correct. Don't waste your time here. I wish I didn't...

He spends as much time with you as you need. He explains everything you need and want to know. He genuinely cares about his patients and is very pleasant. About all you can ask for in a doctor. Unfortunately, all of his partners are not that way, and if you need an oncall doctor evenings or weekends, the experience can be very different.

The telephone routing system could be better. However, I spoke with a staff member, explained being new to the area and needing a primary care doctor, along with some current issues that I was having; resulting in an appointment the very next day. Checking-in for my appointment went well but it did take time to complete the forms. Once checked, I was in the examination room within 10 minutes and vitals along with current issues were thoroughly and promptly recorded. Dr. Dainesi spent an unexpected amount of time with me. The doctor took the initial information set and continued discovery of health history along with current symptoms; painting a more holistic health picture that lead to a game plan for getting to the root cause of my ills. Upon check-out, the staff provided sufficient information and assistance to help guide me to additional lab and service providers. After my visit, I did place three calls to the staff. One call was answered and proper assistance was… provided. Two calls resulted in my leaving voice messages. Both calls were returned within 10-30 minutes. As of this moment, I have been treated well, have had a prompt response from the staff, and have been surprised with the amount of time Dr. Dainesi spent with me. I believe that I left with a thorough understanding of the current issues and had a game plan to get to the root cause. I will come back and rate the "follow up after visit" and the "accurate diagnosis" upon completion of the game plan.

Wouldnt refer him to anyone.

Don't take his advice regarding whether to not send your loved one to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment. He recommended me to not send my 86-year old mother to the hospital after she suddenly became lethargic and non-responsive while in a nursing home. He said to make her as "comfortable" as possible (meaning let her die). Turns out all she had was a TREATABLE UTI!!
