Watch out for this guy! They quoted $750.00 for a crown with insurance. I called my insurance company and they should only charge me $60.00 copay. When my insurance company called them to talk to them about it, now they don't want to treat us. Meanwhile I had a root canal and have to get a crown within a week. Shady dentist!

I went here for several years because it was the dentist my insurance covered. I finally switched because I was tired of the the impatience from Dr Farajzadeh and the rudeness from the receptionist. Definitely don’t go here.

Dr. Ed and his team are friendly, courteous and professional. I have been going to them for about 20 years and have had nothing but good experiences under their care. If you need dental work, call them. And if you don't like their phone manner (I do), don't worry. The person answering the phone will not be working in your mouth!! BTW, Dr. Ed has the best touch with a needle administering a local anesthetic of anyone who has ever worked on my teeth!!!

Worst manner over the phone, very very rude customer service!!! I called to get a dental appointment person called Brea answered the phone, and rudely without greeting try to drill me with questions back to back with loud voice.. when I asked is this the tone you should be talking to me..she was sarcastically repeated last question loudly " date of birth" No apologies, when I asked her to put me through to Dr. she said he is busy will leave message and I never received a call back explain the situation. If this is how client treated over the phone not sure what kind of service I would receive with the treatment. This is a health/medical office!!! BRAVO

I liked the Dr. but felt the exam should have been more thorough.

I saw Dr Ed With a sore tooth last week. I was quoted $500+ for the procedure to fix it, a root canal and a crown. Half of which I needed to pay today when I came in for the procedure. I agreed and scheduled my appointment. Today with 2 min notice I was told that amount was now $700+ due to a mistake and I would need to pay half of that or they would not provide services. I explained that that wasn't going to work for me I could only pay the original agreed on amount and i could pay the rest over the next month in 2 payments. I was told they wouldn't provide services today if I could not compensate for their mistake and was turned away after 2 weeks and still in pain.

Dr. Ed's office is the best I've ever been to, and, at 50, I've unfortunately been to a few over the years. They work quickly, efficiently, professionally....every time, no matter what the procedure, I'm in-and-out in under an hour. Remarkable, and the work is quality.
