I have been a patient of Dr Fidalgo for 20 years, an excellent professional

No major difference to other OB Gyns. But his front desks is a disaster. They convinced me that changing a doctor is the best option for me. They reschedule visits and do not even ask if there is an emergency. Do not hope for a call back in case of cancellations - they do not do that. They put you in the end of the list and can do it more than once without checking for patient impact. They could not care less about you.

Vicky Megias was rude to me in front of a patient for asking a simple question about the service we had received. She then told me that nobody will listen to my complaint as she was in charge of the whole office and then promptly kicked me out.

He is not my doctor but when I saw him during an obstetrical visit I was left shocked. He was in and out before I could ask a question.

I have been on hold with this office for 20 min. It is impossible to get through. You have to hire more people. This is ridiculous. God forbid I have an emergency. Definitely looking for another practice who cares about their patients needs.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in Miami. The staff sucks, never respond, never return calls. I have 4 days calling to get my labs and all tests they did, and the don't send them to my General Doctor. On top of that, they called me with bad results, and when I ask for my lab results, they don;t find them, they said they are not ready. What a shame to have that type of service in USA.

Dr. Fidalgo is sensitive toward and focused on his patients' needs and concerns. He demonstrates admirable expertise in his field and complete professionalism at all times. His training, experience, style, and dedication place him among the best of the best.

This was my second pregnancy and I must say Switching practice to Dr. Fidalgo and group was the best decision My Husband and I ever made! My appointments were easy to make, we never waited more than 5 minutes and All Doctors and staff are extremely polite they made us feel like family. Delivering at Mercy Hospital was a pleasure! Nurses were great and Maternity and postpartum rooms were very clean, nice and beautiful. Dr. Fidalgo made my delivery extremely easy, pain free and is truly is an expert! I would trust him with any other future pregnancies. My family and I highly recommend Dr. fidalgo and his practice! Extremely satisfied

Dr Fidalgo took excellent care of me during my labor. he made the right diagnosis and because of this he saved me and my baby.
