Of all the ER physicians that have treated me over the years, Dr. Foster is THE BEST. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He cares about his patients and will do whatever it takes to make sure they have the best and most complete care possible. He consistently goes above and beyond. I am sad that he is no longer practicing at my local hospital. It is a great loss to our community. The community that he currently serves is fortunate to have gained a truly wonderful physician.

Dr. Foster was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and treated my condition. He was very personable as he did his work. If I had to visit the ER again, he would definitely be a preferred doctor.

Does not explain things to patients very well. Treats you as though you are taking up his time. At the time I was in, several people were in scrubs, sitting at the desk chatting, so I do not believe the ED as busy, it seemed very slow. His bedside manner is horrible. I was not happy at all with his care.

Does not listen. Is disrespectful. Discounts important medical findings. Toxic.
