A small staff but its efficient and the women are sweet , amazing to see the doctor every time you go no PA or nurse practitioner. And he does not use a computer while he is seeing you , he makes eye contact with the patient , you don't feel rushed while you are with the doctor. you are seen close to your appt. time which is great.

Dr. Frame is one a hidden gem! He does have you do a ton of lab work after your first initial visit to see where your health is. For me, this was a blessing and identified some issues that I would have never known about even tho I went to my other doc and had blood work done every 6 months, but not this detailed. He doesn't rush you out the door, if you need an hour with him, you have it! The staff is very small, very polite and caring! I have never had to wait any longer than 30 minutes to see him. Carmen is so sweet!!! :-)

Dr Frame is the best Doctor than I seen before. He make all lab test when you go for first time to check how exactly is your health. He also referred to other doctors if you need and his staff find and send the referral to the doctor you have to see. My experience with a Doctor Frame is the best attention and he check your health not for time, but like to have been, as a human no matter the time he need to check everything of you.

I would highly recommend Dr. Frame. He takes his time with each patient and listens to what they really need. He did all of the appropriate tests that I needed to be done. I went to other doctors with the same complaints and they never did anything for me. I am so thankful God allowed me to find him. He is also caring and compassionate when giving negative test results to you. He could have possibly saved my life. If you need a great doctor go see Dr. Frame.

Yes,the waits can be long. But, when it's your turn to be seen. He gives you all the attention and is not rushing you out like other Drs.

No follow up was done but also one was not needed.

I had no problems with the staff they were all very caring and pleasant. They were very concerned over my up coming surgery. Dr Frame did not like how a hospital did not give details in a radiology report. When I left the staff all said good bye and best of luck.

Great doctor, but horrible unprofessional staff. Change doctors just for that. The staff are his stepchildren and wife and care very little for their customers and the wait time is always over an hour long.

they staff is your workgroup is inconsiderate ,to make an appointment you wait long on the phone , its unprofessional environment. But It is a shame because the doctor is a good doctor.

Dr.Frame is a wonderful doctor,too bad his staff sucks !!!!!
