Dr. Edward Clark Garner, MD

The office staff, nurse in particular, shows no professionalism or respect for the clients who are in need of necessary paperwork to receive additional health benefits. Failure to return calls or communicate effectively with other members involved in the clients care results in delayed services and disrupts the continuum of care the client rightly deserves. Advice: be a patient advocate and love people and your job enough to be kind, thoughtful, and respectful to others.

Dr. Garner really loves his patients however the staff is terrible, from not calling the labs in that are suppose to be done, not calling the patient back when inquiring about heir labs, you name it. From being down right rude. They do not return calls. If I could complain to the board about his staff I would. Dr. Garner get a new staff they are ruining your practice.

Need to hire friendly staff

The worst staff we had ever encountered anywhere in all our years of health care. The front desk office workers were extremely rude, and oftentimes ignoring our questions, and even snickering at us. Utterly awful and shocking. During preexam the nurse/therapist scolded us multiple times not to remove our shoes for weighing. We did so anyway. The office staff has absolutely no people skills whatsoever, none. Even our multiple phone calls were not returned as promised. The doctor was clearly the complete opposite, kind, professional, and attentive to our questions, but seemed unprepared at times. If you value your health, professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and timeliness, then stay away from this staff.

I have been going to Dr Garret for a few years. He is fabulous but getting an appointment is ridiculous. That receptionist is dreadful. She is rude and curt. She will say she is much too busy to make an appointment and says she will call back but she never returns your call. I have called numerous times to make an appt and not once will she do it. She doesn’t do a curtesy reminder call either but swears she did it. She has cancelled my appointments without calling me and letting me know. Horrible person to be working in a physicians office. He needs to fire her.

Love him...I have seen Dr Garner several times and each time he takes the time needed to answer any questions or talk over any concerns you may have.

Very calming and friendly; reassuring that all steps will be taken to do further diagnostic testing. Very frank about the possibility of cancer. However, I left feeling I was in good care.
