I typically do not write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Primera Plastic Surgery and Dr. Gross' PA Odalis Castellon. I saw Odalis for a consultation to work on my skin texture. I have always had large pores and had an orange peel look to my cheek area. Odalis recommended a FRAXEL laser. When I came for the procedure the entire staff very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. After numbing for about an hour, she did the laser treatment (the treatment was very tolerable). Odalis answered all of my questions and made sure I went home with after care instructions. For about a week, my face felt tight and I had a light peeling on my face. After 2 weeks my skin texture has improved dramatically! I am super happy with my results and wish I had inquired and done this sooner in my life! I will definitely come back and see the wonderful staff and seek the expertise of Odalis again! Thank you for improving my look!!!

I never write reviews, for anything, ever. That being said I felt that this was the one instance it was vital. Disappointment is really the first thing that comes to mind after almost 2 1/2 have my surgery. I believe Dr. Gross is a credible doctor that has potential to do good work but when you spend your life savings (over $10k) for rhinoplasty you want better than good or in my case "ok" you want life alternering greatness and that's not what I received. When I look at my wedding pictures and she'd tears because my worst flaws are still blatant it's devastating after investing that kind of money and trust into someone. The office and staff are very nice until you voice you're not happy with the result. Dr. Gross agreed the nose could have been better but wanted to charge me another $6k for a "revision" to revise what he originally promised me!! As a teacher, and someone who saved for years for a procedure that I was hoping would provide both me both physical and medical… improvements I received neither. He is so quick to get your money and get you out that he really doesn't care how great the final project is. I'm sorry but I don't think he has the artistic ability or vision to complete a job that's comparable to the enormous price that is charged. If I ever am able to go forward with a revision which I shouldn't if it was done right the first time, obviously I will chose a more highly skilled plastic surgeon and one who more importantly cares about his work and patient's satisfaction.
