Dr. Hayes has always been informative as to options -

Very Very helpful in explaining problem and options, even labeled x-ray with name of condition for me to take home.

Dr. Hayes and his assistant were very professional. He explained the pros & cons of the procedure. I felt very confident in his care. The results were very good.

I think Dr. Hayes is professional, maybe not the smoothest bedside manner but not all professionals can be great at what they do AND be a sweetie on top of it. I had an extremely painful injection which Dr. Hayes used a fluoroscope for and talked me through the entire process. He also told me I was a Trooper even though I made an ungodly sound I never knew I possessed. I like him and think he's excellent at his job. He definitely knows his field.

Dr Hayes left me in tears and confused. He told me 4 options for treatment and by the end of visit, he said there is no fixing because nothing is wrong. ??? He said since I came all that way and I wanted him to do something he could give me a cortisone shot. He also told me I was exactly like him because of our connective tissue problems and he ended up with 2 open heart surgeries. I work in the medical field so I took this with a grain of salt, but for anyone else to hear that would have scared the crap out of them. I already am followed by a cardiologist and went to Hayes for a wrist problem not heart. I felt he was arrogant and didn't want to help. I left in tears because I have been in pain for 1 full year now and have tried everything without success. In my situation, I need help and have already scheduled for a second opinion.
