Rude, not upfront with procedure plans. Terrible manners toward patient. Operated on me and didn’t do what he said he was going to do. Didn’t find my wife after surgery, we had to call him to come back on talk to us about the surgery which is when he did different surgery than we discussed for a year. 2 weeks later when I passed several blood clots and couldn’t control blood from going everywhere in my bathroom, I called his on call number at night and he degraded me, had no patience and just wanted to get off the phone, told me to go to ER if I felt I needed to. I wrote a letter to quit being a patient of his. And doesn’t wear his mask while your in his office. Thinks he’s something special. His manners are terrible.

I loved his professionalism

What the heck! I had my cystoscopy today and the doctor didn't use any type of numbing and he was rough! I couldn't even urinate after it hurt so bad and there was blood! I'm crying and I'm so hurt that he felt so low of me that I couldn't get local anesthesia! What the heck! And then I bled in my urine but somehow he saw nothing wrong and he yelled at me because of it! Because I shouldn't have such pain. With no cause.Not only that he looked at my bladder for maybe 5 seconds and was done, didn't see how much I could hold, didn't give any feedback, didn't look to see why it was hurting or where the blood came from. The worst pain I've ever felt. And his excuse for not using anelgesic is because he prefers not to! I asked him for some after pain meds and he flat out said NO. What kind of monster acts like this! Trust me im reporting you everywhere I can! His name is Edward Hayes at 100 medical drive in Dublin Georgia if anyone wants to help me report!
