Dr. Edward Jay Henick

Unethical practice Went to office for a free consultation. They advertised free consultation and office reiterated 100% free consultation no charges to us nor insurance. I knew what insurance would pay so I only needed their rate. They requested insurance information to verify. That should’ve been my first warning but Dr Henick said not to worry. Again Henick said everything was free of charge. I said other doctors just gave us their prices. They never gave us a price despite calling a few times. We later found out they dishonestly behind our back charged insurance. When I called to resolve, they said it would be fixed but never did. New staff is rude, puts on hold endlessly, ignores and disrespectful. Henick is a liar. Avoid and do not sign anything.

I missed an appointment for a consultation due to a death in the family and was rudely put on hold for 15 minutes to then be scolded like a child by the lady answering the phone. When I finally made it in for a consultation Dr. Henick was extremely sarcastic and dry. Did not inform myself or my husband of any procedures he planned on for my son just went right to cost.
