Horrible doctor. I went looking for a new pain mgmt physician and he made me feel like a drug addicted. He didn’t want to listen to me. Just wanted to get me out of his office. I suffered from chronic back pain. Wanted injection into my lower spine to help mgmt my pain. He told me “he’s not a pill doctor”. I only need medicine as support in between injections. This doctor has made me feel like I’m nothing but a drug addicted. I’m not looking for drugs. Do not go to him if you are looking for someone to help you manage your back pain. He couldn’t care less.

The worst dr ever in a lot of pain he only see me for 35 seconds and then told his nurse that I will see him in. 6 month

Dr.Heres is amazing! He is So knowledgeable and his staff is very friendly. I have been a patient for a few years. If you are looking for a Dr. to coddle you this is not your guy. With that being said he is understanding, sympathetic and concerned & truly wants to help his patients. He is precise, quick and to the point. I will never see any Dr. for this aspect of pain management. I couldn’t thank him enough, seeing him has changed my life.

Dr Heres is a rather stand-offish provider in that he is very distant from the patient during evaluations and patient care analysis. This pain clinic is more of a model of outsourced occupational therapy and psychotherapy. They do not provide any medications to ease the excrutiating pain of their patients. From my point of view, the appointment was a wasted two hours of my time. Outsourced occupational therapy is NOT THE ANSWER!

Dr Heres and his staff have been excellent providers. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants and PA’s have been helpful, attentive and friendly. I am undergoing a series of epidurals and switched to Dr Heres because I had an emergency need. Convenient parking and easy access to the office and virtually no waiting 3 out of 3 times. All very important for a pain clinic. Dr Heres took time to discuss options post shots. I highly recommend them.

I've been seeing Dr. Here's for over a year and a half. This doctor doesn't care how much pain you are in. He'll take your copay, dismiss you, tell you to wait and to come back in a few weeks. He believes he knows what's best for you, but has no idea what being in server pain feels like. After 23 surgeries I think I know what type of pain management treatment work best for me and when I need it. It's not like I go to see him because I have nothing to do or want to deal with his bitter personality. I didn't even want pain meds all I want was my quarterly spinal injection. It's time to find a doctor that actually want to help you improve your quality of life not keep you in pain. Don't waste your time or money. There's better doctors out there.

Had two visits with this doctor before he realized I needed treatment. Went back second time and he was very abrupt, uncaring and in a big hurry. Poor bedside manner and lack of compassion that, in my opinion, is something I look for in a competent doctor. Treatment did not help nor did he or anyone in his office follow up on my health status. I am now seeking less invasive care and feeling better than I have in a long time. This doctor thinks because he has great credentials, he can treat people as he wishes! NOT ME!!
