Summary
I come from the "Windy City" of Chicago, Illinois. My interest in the medical field began when I was very young and wanted to know how everything worked. I read books on every field I could, and I imagined that I could someday become a medical specialist who could link all diseases, body systems, and treatments together. I am now the physician-in-charge of preventive medicine, member health education, and the Diabetes Clinic in Fontana. Because I have a special interest and training in diabetes, it was my pleasure to serve the American Diabetes Association (ADA) in the following capacities: as president of the Inland Empire chapter, a member of the California affiliate and western regional boards of directors, and a delegate to the National ADA meeting for six years.
