It's been about 10 years since my high risk robotic hysterectomy, but to this day, best surgical experience. If I hit lotto, Dr Jimenez can pick his own home on ANY island he wants. He's a life saver.

Finding out I had cancer led me into a state of depression and considerable stress. My gynecologist referred me to Doctor Edward Jimenez from Winthrop Gynecological Oncology Associates who took my case of a rare form of cancer (carcinosarcoma of uterus). I am still alive and well today thanks to his knowledge of diagnosis and treatment, excellent bedside manners and passion to make a difference. He encouraged me to fight the disease rigorously yet continue living my life to the fullest. Doctor Jimenez’s approach inspired a great deal of optimism and allowed me to go on with my life after only a short period on disability leave. It isn’t easy but with support from family, friends and coworkers I continue to fight. My gratitude extends to the entire staff at Winthrop hospital, including all the nurses and doctors for all their support and care. My God bless them!

I went to Dr. Jimenez for a second opinion for a 16 cm ovarian cyst. The office staff was friendly, proficient and got me an appointment quickly. He was professional, friendly and listened to my concerns. My questions were answered in a manner to make sure I understood my options and the surgical process. The surgery was a success and Dr. Jimenez and the staff were attentive and available after the surgery. My follow up visits were thorough and I am healing quickly.
