Cost $2,185 for a Stroboscope- Doctor never mentioned the price of this simple 5 minute check up. Not only that but when I called billing, Annie was terribly rude and said "You should assume that it would cost that much going into a Specialist." I would avoid this place at all costs.

I was very pleased with the service. The waiting is what i objected too to long of a wait.

I went to Dr. Kass for chronic sinusitis symptoms. When I was at the office he used a scope to look up my nostrils. I assumed he would, this would seem like standard practice for an ENT visit. After looking up the nostrils he decided he needed a better look with a CT scan. Again kind of expected that. What I did not expect was to be charged for a $1420 "surgery" for looking up my nostrils with the scope. Billing said the price was set by the AMA and that is the standard price. Seems like quite a money making racket to me. A quick look up the nose and recommend the CT scan for more details. The $650 CT - scan is less than half of what this "surgery" cost. Please note the "surgery" cost does not include the standard office visit cost. It took three calls to his office billing department before these costs were explained to me. In the meantime the Dr. called me twice to explain my CT results. He had forgotten he called me the first time, makes you feel like you are just a… source of profit, not a patient.

Recently saw Dr. Kass for an ear problem I was having with ear wax. He remedied the problem quickly and with expertise. I am so pleased with his knowledge and for helping me quickly and would recommend highly recommend him. Thank you, Dr Kass.

Friendly, showed technical ability in delicate treatment. Very neat and clean office and personal presentation. Quick and efficient. Staff very friendly and efficient also.

Dr Kass did a nice job verifying I had no ear problems to worry about and explaining a nose related issue. I have confidence in his service.

Took my 12 year old son to Dr Kass for some throat/swallowing issues he was having. Dr Kass listened to our concerns and and was very patient with my son. My son has some sensory issues and Dr Kass made him feel at ease. I would highly recommend him.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Kass who has been treating me for Meniere's Disease for 20 years. He has also performed surgery on my husband for a deviated septum. He is caring and will take the time to listen to all concerns. He explains things very well. I would highly recommend him.

Very informative, polite, didn't feel like I was rushed or just a patient number.
