Dr. Edward Martin Kwasnik, MD

I have not yet seen Dr. Kwasnik for a follow-up visit. For both the pre-op meeting and for the surgery, I give him an A+.

I went to Dr. Kwasnick for stomach issues. He thought I had Gallstones and took out my Gallbladder. After the surgery it was found that I had no Gallstones and that my Gallbladder was perfectly healthy! A week later I was rushed back into the hospital with an Bile leak, which required me to be sent to Boston for an emergency Sphincterotomy (stent). Even though I was still feeling poorly, he released me from the hospital, telling me he had done all he could. I went to another doctor who discovered malnutrition, dehydration and a pulmonary embolism! I was on Warfrin for a year and still have unresolved stomach issues. I am pretty sure it is not from my Gallbladder! LOL - NOT!

Dr. Kwasnick is a very caring, gentle doctor who always thinks of the patient first and tries many different traditional and non-traditional things to get a patient well. I highly recommend him as he is an excellent surgeon and physician.
