Dr. Edward C Lafleur, MD

Thank you Dr. Ed Lafleur for finding a problem that I did not have 6 months ago. He shared his concerns with me and advised me to see my cardiologist very soon. Appointment is scheduled. We discussed my blood work and health check up in detail. He also suggested that I alter my medication to possibly alter this change. He advised me about another problem that may actually be related to problems with my nose structure and referred me to another doctor for advice and possible correction, this appointment is made as well. I've known Dr. Lafleur since his was one of my Algebra II students at Lafayette High. He is still as loving and kind as he was back then. He is very knowledgeable, personable, engaging, cares deeply for each of his patients, and has their best interest at heart and is willing to work with them until a solution can be found for any problem that may arise. I am so happy that we decided to stay with him as our family physician when he made the move to MDVIP. … Thank you Ed for taking such good care of the two of us.

I have finally found a doctor that speaks my language! Dr. LaFleur is a phenomenal physician! He orders the necessary blood work and tests, then spends quality time explaining your results. Dr. LaFleur is a great listener too! He always earmarks enough time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I am forever grateful to be in his care!

Have been seeing him for four years. He is absolutely the best family medicine doctor I have ever had! He takes the time to answer all of your questions, shares his opinion with you and will explain in detail your blood work results. He also really seems to keep up with his continuing education and is always open to anything you may want to share with him if you are reading research related to your health situation. Yes, you are a paying customer but he really does care about his patients and can make you feel like he is a friend also.

This Doctor is the only Dr. I have found that makes time for his patients. You aren't rushed at all. He is genuinely interested in hearing any questions you have and he's great at pinpointing the problem. I highly recommend this Doctor!

Was mis-diagnosed, spent 6 weeks in therapy for pinched nerve in shoulder lost time from work. And then was properly diagnose with carpal tunnel in wrist! Also went for excruciating pain below waist line. Was not given a diagnose, He asked me to let him know how it turned out? I have been seeing Dr. La Fluer for about 6yrs. Not anymore!!

Great doctor! He was the only doctor who seemed to know what they were talking about. He diagnosed my problem during my first visit, and I did not need to see another doctor. Very willing to help and share his knowledge to educate.
