Dr. Edward E Lancaster

Do not ever use. Great dentist but charges full price for my a missed appointments. Event after paying out of pocket >$700 for second missed appointment, I was called out out town and explained that to the receptionist who insisted I had to get again come out our picker with notification more than 24 hours before my scheduled appt. When I asked to speak to Dr Lancaster, I prompt got a letter terminating the relationship. Like I would ever return there, after both the policy and their attitude. Our family has since pulled all our business from this practice. Be warned.

Just finished my appointment and they always treat me like family. So caring and friendly; extremely thorough but not out to gouge you with unneeded treatment.

A co-worker recommendation led me to try dr lancaster and it was a great experience. His staff is super nice and friendly and the overall feel of the office is genuine care for their patients. There’s no pressure or hard sell to buy products (like my last hygienist) and every thing is explained in detail...with pictures of conditions inside your mouth. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth.

The staff and doctor took time to explain treatment and constantly saw to my comfort; very friendly and personable.
