I was referred here in hopes to have great treatment. A previous doctor had taken xrays and informed me I would need a root canal. Due to the pain that began recently I scheduled an "emergency appointment" with Dr. Lee. because I feel I may have an abscess on top of needing a root canal. I made my appointment in which the girl had no idea what she was doing. She told me it would be $700 out of pocket for a root canal. I insisted my insurance would cover it. She then stated it would take 10 days to get an approval from my insurance to be seen. I insisted again on telling her it would be covered and my potential abscess could not wait 10 days to be taken care of. I am a registered nurse and understand the complications that may arise from neglecting an infection. Finally she agreed to book me an appointment 2 days later on a Saturday afternoon. They called me Friday night while I was at work asking me insurance questions (again). I called back the next day at 12:30 pm to answer their… question. First she began to tell me my appointment was for 12:00, when that is impossible due to the fact I am at the hospital on Saturdays until noon. Second she told me they resolved my insurance issue and I could come in at my real scheduled time for 2:00. At 1:09 I received a phone call stating they needed to CANCEL my EMERGENCY appointment. Stating they didn't "realize" the doctor had a "big procedure" booked. They had 3 days to figure this out BUT decided to tell me 10 minutes after I got off the phone with them they needed to cancel!! I was already out the door and on my way!!!! I now have to go to the emergency room for antibiotics and find a different dentist to take care of my emergent issue because it sure will NOT be this place. All because they have NO clue what they are doing! Why would anyone trust this place with their teeth??!Especially for an emergency?! RUN RUN RUN!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

a lousy dentist and a not so nice staff.

Staff not professional, incompetent dentist and has a very jumpy personality, I couldn't trust him more with my teeth. 5 visits, 5 chances, I couldn't go one anymore. I had absolutely no trust in his expertise. If you ask a question he will look at you like you have two heads, very offensive and unpleasant.
