Dr. Edward Andrew Legarreta, MD

Dr. Edward Legarreta is an ophthalmologist who has dedicated over five decades to caring for patients' vision and eye health. He earned his medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences at the University of Buffalo and completed his residency training at Kaleida Health System. With 52 years of practice, Dr. Legarreta brings extensive knowledge to treating complex eye conditions. He provides care in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Legarreta practices at multiple Legarreta Eye Center locations throughout western New York, including Lockport, Buffalo, Cheektowaga, and Williamsville. He specializes in managing glaucoma, including open-angle glaucoma, and treats dry eye syndrome. His services include comprehensive dilated eye examinations and vision testing to help patients maintain healthy sight and detect eye problems early.
