Dr. Edward Henry Lentz, DO

I am,a medical professional and also went to xray school in 1979 and wish I'd have seen my xray, by how it felt, fact of black color and swelling I knew it was broke and a medic who's a X navy seal saw pics n said broken and so did my fr john when sent pics and saying what happened n how hurt and based on pic they both said broke as I felt and when got worse n 2 weeks of walking or not being able to walk on it, plus they didn't touch it and always should touch not stand as nurse practione did and felt far away from me so was at least 3 ft. But never touched or nothing and nursing school we are taught to touch, compare rt to left and if temp change , no ace bandage put on n I had to re wrap a too short not good self sticking wrap I used b4 and happend to find in a hiking medical bag in car, I was back in valley visitin n not my dr, but exactly 2 weeks late and 4 or 430 pm after I got immediately into my dr office n foot looked slightly not as black but the nurse practione therd felt… broken and her and the nurse both could not believe that my foot and ankle not wrapped and all told was walk on as much as can n Epsom salt soak for bruising and told not broke, well I could immediately see it was one fracture and then by tarsal bone n area swollen out more my ortho dr felt anothet break but podiatrist felt tore ligament, but treatment same and a fracture.boot. I had a huge unnecessary expense and added by more xray, my dr, then I saw both ortho n podiatrist only bc I called for appt after lentz office and was 3 wks til he had opening, but ortho dr I saw tues anD made the appt last min but going basically 3 weeks til proper treatment ridiculous then also what was told n read me was certainly not what tristen assoc read and told me when I called them regarding a,complaint and how could they miss the fracture and that I didn't feel I should have to pay any co payment to either dr from radiologist fee co pay of 3.50 to dr lentz office n a 25 bill, if diagnosis correct and come on the xray tech who told me she went to school before I even went I'm sure vs same yr so any skilled xray tech could see breaks and I never finished xray school n could n can read one. I still have issuea w rt ft and feel if proper timely treatment on Sept 4 I'd not still have pain and symptoms and have a chip fracture that mat never heal
