Edward J. Love, M.D. was born in Little Rock and grew up in Greenville, Mississippi, where his father practiced plastic surgery. He completed his residency at the nationally renowned University of Texas at Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Love returned to Arkansas in 2000 to practice plastic surgery. He serves the Little Rock area practicing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. love has special interests in helping men and women obtain their goal of feeling better and looking younger, as well as restoring form and function to facial deformities related to skin cancer and traumatic accidents. Dr. Love%u2019s goal is to make you look better or younger, but also to maintain your individual look. He received his undergraduate education from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi in Biology and Psychology. He obtained his medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he graduated in the top one-third of his class. After completing a general …surgery residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Dr. Love did further training by completing plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Love has published numerous papers and chapters as well as presented multiple plastic surgery lectures on the national level. Additionally, he was the recipient of the Best Research Paper Award on Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction from the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation.
Dr. Love%u2019s interests include fly fishing, water and snow skiing, biking, reading and spending time with his wife, Cami, and his two children, Alexis and Hayden.
