Dr. Edward Dwitt Mcdonald

Had a crown and fillings done . The dentist doesn’t explain well about what should be done. He just stand there and stare In silent. The service that he did had to be redone by a different dentist. Stay away.

Dr. McDonald and his staff are patient and thorough in their approaches and services rendered. Appropriately refers clients out when needed.

There's a lot I could say but to keep it simple.FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST,he is very rude and does unnecessary work causing you pain and unexpected expensesHis assistant is just as bad. Front desk girls are pleasant but not real bright... WORST experience ever!!!!

Office manager was very rude. Confronted me after a visit and started telling me I owed more money. What makes this so bad was she did this in front of other patients. But even worse she was wrong and I didn't. As for the Dr McDonald... He does not explain things well. Felt uncomfortable even asking basic questions. Chair side manners need a lot work. Talked about former employees with nurse while performing procedure on me. Tacky! Get second opinion on procedures as they overcharged me. Came from another state and didn't check this place out like I should have. Hopefully reading this will prevent you from making the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else.

This doctor fails at explaining treatment. The wait time was not acceptable. Even my young child asked if something was wrong with the doctor because of his pompous attitude. Don't see him if you have questions about your care . questions are not welcome. Great technology and a great hygienist. We gave the office several chances and the experience never got better.

I really appreciate the staff and Dr McDonald. I have been having a hard time finding someone that would work with all the problems that my mom was having with her teeth. Dr McDonald explained everything very clear and was very open!! My mom was put at ease and was able to start on her much needed work right away..I really appreciate them and would highly recommed. Im so happy to see my mom smile again, it brings tears to my eyes.. It's been a long time coming...I have also referred friends of my mothers and they love Dr. McDonald and his staff

There is not enough that I can say about this dentist! Great guy and good at what he does. He solved a problem that several dentists were afraid to tackle. Great chairside manner and nice staffQ

This dentist is terrible! I went in for a cleaning after years of not seeing a dentist, knowing I probably had a cavity because of pain. The dentist was barely in there - most of the visit including X-rays and everything were done by others. Fine, but finally, when he came in to talk to me for a minute, he said the x-rays revealed that I didn't have any cavities! I was shocked and said are you sure? Because I had pain like a cavity and he assured me. So I left and went to another dentist who had the x-rays transferred over and in fact told me that there was an obvious cavity on the x-rays, and actually more than one! So I was done with Edward McDonald, but THEN, after finding out I'd gone to another dentist who'd contacted his office requesting the x-rays, Edward McDonald called me up saying he looked over my x-rays again and found a cavity (only the one obvious one though the other dentist had found others as well) and that I should come in to get it filled! What nerve! He… was obviously just trying to cover himself from reviews like this, but I told him that he should've found the cavity the first time he looked and that I won't be going back to him. This was a few years ago and I found out later that he no longer works at that dental practice and I wonder if it's because he was let go because of bad dentistry on his part. Trust me, wherever he works, stay away from this dentist!
