Gerald melton is the worst psychiatrist doctors my wife has had. He has zero compassion, makes things up like you are asking for something when you have not asked for a thing. He is a liar. Cheat, and a whimper to say the least. You know you so called dr melton, doctor my butt. Thief!

Me an 2 kids have been seeing I'm 3 to 4 yrs now until I go to drug store in Wich o have to pick up all meds not just 1. I couldn't remember if I was getting abillafy. Or. Lexapro. So I asked the lady if she could call Dr an she did I picked up all she had given me .so to me I got them all an if I didn't that's drug store fault not mine well I call to have my kids meds in they tell me they don't want to see is ANYMORE. Wich Dosent make sense to me an he wouldn't get on phone an explain the issue an give me a chance to speak an even if there not given all to me than that's the drug store fault not mine also I tried to tell them o get 6 punches a month so I asked WHAT about the 2 kids he said no find new doctor my kids done nothing wrong an neither did I. Nurse answered phone an stop calling he's not given ya no meds .I'm that rude an he's a puss. Can't get on phone an explain hear both sides my mom was there also at drug store an knows I got them all but if I didn't like I said that's… drug fault

Not very supportive. Not helpful. All about how much money he can get out of you. Very poor customer service. He is staff are beyond rude. Would not recommend him.

Unprofessional is an understatement. This physician went on a rant telling workers they are to do what he says, ordering staff to sit down. Not his personal staff. Staff assisting patients. Changed a vital medication on a first time visit without discussing with staff or etl.. be has a problem with anyone questioning anything he does..

He is an extortionist who can’t be bothered to do his job.

Listens to everything you say, explains medications, reviews treatment plan on regular bases have seen him for many years.. Would recommended sometimes gets behind sometimes waits are longer than I like but you get seen and he gives you as much time as you need

He is a good doctor but always changing staff. He is caring and has knowledge. I no longer have to see him because I am well.

I am the mother of a disabled 31 yr old as well as am RN of 25 years. This doctor is hands down the most unprofessional arrogant medical person I have ever encountered. He put my son on there new medications on his first visit then failed to return any of my phone calls regarding the terrible side effects he, was having over the next three weeks. We waited over an hour on the next visit. This person actually three his lap top down and proceeded to square off with my son in the office rather than try to diffuse his agitation...which was actually warranted. Needless to say I had already made another appointment with a different psychiatrist. He also failed to treat my son's primary diagnosis of anxiety and panic attacks. He doesn't believe in giving benzodiazepines however everything psychotropic. Antipsychotic, Ahmad antidepressant is okay. BTW look up the side effects and mortality rate associated with these medications before you go to a dr that prescribe s them then doesn't… followup our return phone calls. Takes his child too work worth him also...real pro here folks!

Office personal is horrible. Get to see assistant who rusheses you through. Front desk has no passion for the mental ill. Makes it impossible to get help. Annie needs to be out of there.

AWFUL!!!!!!!! That's all I can say about this doctor and his office!!!! Do NOT go!!!! Find another doctor!!
