Dr. Edward Mezerhane, MD

The worst experience that any patient can have, I was in the Dr's office for a sleep disorder. The Dr. recomended a sleep study; when I came back for the follow up appt, the Dr told me that I had 2 types of sleep apnea, one obstructive and the 2nd a Central Sleep apnea, She said: the Zpack wasn't going to resolve my problem. She also recommend to do a 2nd study to analyze what could be the best equipment for me. After waiting for more than 2 months to do the 2nd study, which never happened, they prescribed a Zpack kit without notifying me, upon which was delivered to my house (please remember the doctor said that it did not work for me!) After receiving a $112 bill for the Zpack rent; I called and returned without using it in original package to Apria Medical Center. Then, I received a bill for $ 575 from Carecentrix and when I called to find out WHY, they told me they were going to send it to collections and report it to the credit bureau. BE ALERT WITH THE CHARGES. iT'S A BUSINESS

Worse office staff and practice...Not once but twice was given and confirmed appointment with Dr M and they were not kept. “The dr had and emergency and had to leave”...rude and careless Office staff and practices. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

You walk out of his practice with all your questions and concerns addressed. He is also super kind and shows a genuine concern for the patient's well being. Dr. Mezerhane is also excellent in follow-ups and ensuring the patient understands the risks associated with the condition.His staff mirrors his professionalism. Dr. Mezerhane is a doctor who is willing to go the extra mile when it calls for the care of his patients!
