Believe me - I have been to some real bad eggs who shouldn't have a license, but Dr. Miltenberger isn't one of them. I've had a couple psychs who pushed heavy drugs at me after 30 seconds of meeting me, which is off base considering I've successfully held a prestigious job for 35 years and raised a functional family. But Dr. Miltenberger spent a long time with me in conversation prior to prescribing any medication and then requested follow-ups to see if any adjustments were required. If you're not looking for chemical aids for your mental issues, then don't go to a psychiatrist - go to a psychologist! And just like with physical health, it's a balancing game - you have to try out different things and amounts till you find the perfect formula that works. I think Dr. Miltie does just that.
